A restaurant pager that lives in your customer’s phone
At lunch, a fast-food or sandwich counter fills up in minutes. People hover by the till so they don’t miss their number, and staff shout orders over the noise. With ranna, customers take a queue ticket on their phone by scanning a QR code, go sit down or step outside, and their phone rings when the tray is ready.
What goes wrong today
A crowd at the counter
With no reliable way to be told, customers stand at the till and block the people trying to order.
Pagers that cost money and walk away
Plastic pagers are bought in sets, need charging, break, and sometimes leave in someone’s bag.
Numbers shouted into the void
In a loud dining room or on a terrace, a called number doesn’t carry. Food goes cold on the pass.
How it works with ranna
- 01
The customer pays and scans the QR on the counter: their order number appears on their phone.
- 02
They sit inside, on the terrace, or wait outside. The ticket shows how many orders are ahead.
- 03
The kitchen or the pass taps Call when the tray is ready.
- 04
The phone rings, vibrates and turns orange. The TV above the counter shows the number at the same time.
What matters to you
A clear counter
Customers wait seated, the ordering line keeps moving and the room stays pleasant at peak hours.
No hardware to manage
No pagers to buy, charge or replace. A printed QR and the till’s phone are enough.
Click and collect included
With the API, online or phone orders create a ticket too, called the same way.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a restaurant pager cost with ranna?
There is no device to buy. Free covers one counter and 300 tickets a month; Pro costs 49 TND a month per branch, excluding VAT, for unlimited tickets.
What if a customer has no smartphone?
Staff can create the ticket from the console and tell them the number; the TV shows it when called. Both work in the same queue.
Does the phone ring if they are on Instagram?
On most phones, yes, as long as the page stays open in the background. The ticket asks the customer to switch ringing on with one tap when they scan.
Can dine-in and takeaway share one queue?
Yes, or you can open two counters (for example Dine-in and Takeaway) and call each separately.
