How to cancel a ranna subscription and when a refund is possible.

Free plan
The free plan (one counter) has no commitment and needs no card. You can close your account at any time.
Paid plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, at no cost.
Yearly plans can be refunded pro rata for the months not started if you ask within 30 days of payment.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the account’s address with the business name. We answer within 2 working days.
