The rules for using ranna, the QR-code virtual queue service.

The service
ranna lets a business issue queue tickets on its customers’ phones and call them. The service is provided “as is”, aiming for high availability without a guarantee of no interruption.
Your account
You are responsible for access to your account and for the people you invite. Information given at sign-up must be accurate.
Acceptable use
Not allowed: unsolicited messages, impersonation, any attempt to compromise the service’s security, or any use contrary to Tunisian law.
Liability
ranna is not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
